County Garbage Collection for President’s Day Holiday

The Hamblen County Garbage Department will observe President’s Day on Monday, February 16th, 2026.

Normal Collection Day Make-Up Collection Day
Monday, February 16, 2026 Tuesday, February 17, 2026

If your normal collection day is Monday, February 16th please place your garbage and recyclables (East side only) at your normal location by 6:00am on Tuesday, February 17th and leave there until it is collected.

Mon-Thurs – 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday – 7:00am – 11:00am
