The Industrial Development Board of the City of Morristown will hold a Special Called Meeting on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. at 825 West First North Street, Morristown, Tennessee.  The Agenda will be as follows:

  3. Consider approval and recommendation of the sale of property in the East Tennessee Progress Center.
  4. Consider approval of a P.I.L.O.T. for Project Orchard.
  5. Consider approval and recommendation of the sale of property in the East Tennessee Progress Center.
  6. Consider approval and recommendation of the sale of property in the East Tennessee Valley Industrial District.
  7. Consider approval of sale of property/building in the East Tennessee Progress Center.
  8. Any and all other business that may properly come before the Board
