The Hamblen County Legislative Body will meet in Executive Session at 4:15pm on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 in the Hamblen County Courthouse -Small Courtroom, 511 West Second North Street, Morristown, TN  37814 to receive information about ongoing Federal Court litigation. This meeting is closed to the public.

Thereafter, on that date, Tuesday, October 14, 2025, and at an appropriate time during the Hamblen County Legislative Body Committee meetings  which begin at 5:00pm the Committee meeting will adjourn and the Legislative Body will meet in Special Session to take up, deliberate, and vote upon issues connected to the litigation matter mentioned above.
