County Garbage Collection for Labor Day Holiday

The Hamblen County Garbage Department will observe Labor Day on Monday, September 7th, 2026.

Normal Collection Day Make-Up Collection Day
Monday, September 7, 2026 Tuesday, September 8, 2026

If your normal collection day is Monday, September 7th please place your garbage and recyclables at your normal location by 6:00am on Tuesday, September 8th and leave there until it is collected.

Mon-Thurs – 7:00am – 4:30pm
Friday – 7:00am – 11:00am
