Hamblen County government offices will open at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026. All 9:00am court dockets will begin at 10:00am; Juvenile Court arraignments will also begin at 10:00am.

The Sanitation Department will be combining routes throughout the week to make up the lost collection day. Please place garbage carts curbside by 6:00am on your normal collection day and leave until it is collected. If your normal collection day is Monday, please leave carts curbside until collected. As always, please place garbage carts with the handle pointing toward the house within 2 feet of the roadway and at least 4 feet away from any obstacles, including other garbage carts.
