TIME CAPSULE OPENING POSTPONED
The unveiling of the contents of the time capsule buried on the Courthouse lawn scheduled for Saturday, August 22nd has been postponed until Spring of 2021.
150th ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION CANCELLED
The celebration of Hamblen County's 150th anniversary scheduled for September 5th at Cherokee Park has been cancelled to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
MASKS REQUIRED IN HAMBLEN COUNTY
On August 2, 2020 County Mayor Bill Brittain issued an Executive Order requiring county residents and visitors to wear a mask or facial covering in public.
