Hamblen County Government does not collect or distribute any personal identifying information about its users. Any personal information submitted through forms or email from the user is considered public information and may be subject to inspection upon request as governed by the Tennessee Open Records Act, Tenn. Code Ann. Section 10-7-503. However, the County will not release this information for distribution to outside organizations or businesses for commercial purposes. Hamblen County Government does not use its web site to collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to a user’s request or input, or to complete an online transaction as more fully described below.

Hamblen County Government periodically gathers tracking information while users are on this site.
