Hamblen County government offices will open at 10:00am on Tuesday, January 27th, 2026. All 9:00am court dockets will begin at 10:00am; Juvenile Court arraignments will also begin at 10:00am. Due to inclement weather and dangerous road conditions, Hamblen County government will be closed Monday, January 26th, 2026. This includes all offices at the Courthouse, Justice Center, courts, and Health Department.
