The Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for regulating and governing the conditions and maintenance of all county property, buildings, and structures to ensure public health, safety and welfare.

Our goal is to help prevent the deterioration of our neighborhoods by improving property maintenance and to maintain the highest safety and sanitation standards for the many residential and non-residential properties in our community.

The Code Enforcement Officer is in charge of enforcing Property Maintenance, Zoning, and Stormwater Regulations.
